Flat $4.95 standard shipping inside the USA on all purchases made at jayebirdgolf.com. Automatically applied at checkout. Standard shipping 5-7 days.

Flat fee of $15 USD for international shipping. International shipping may take 10-20 days.

We offer local pickup for our Phoenix customers! If you’re interested, please email us at info@jayebirdgolf.com to check availability. Should you choose local pickup, we will gladly refund your shipping costs.

HOW TO RETURN  

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you. Returns must be received by Jayebird Sport in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags and packaging. Please note that an $8 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your total reimbursement amount for all returns.

If you have any questions about starting a return, please contact us at info@jayebirdgolf.com. Be sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return, and we’ll assist you promptly.

You'll be issued a Return Label. Print the label, attach the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and invoice from your original order inside and send the parcel back to us within 5 days of receiving the label. 

Jayebird Sport is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. International returns are responsible for their own shipping charges and return shipping labels.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.

Customers outside of the USA are responsible for shipping costs to return unwanted items to our warehouse. Please return to us at below address via courier most convenient to you and send your tracking information to info@jayebirdgolf.com.

Once your return has been received, please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse.

If you paid with a Credit Card, the full amount of the returned items (minus the return shipping ) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card. 

EXCHANGES

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a different size? An exchange is your best option! The cost of to return your incorrect size is on us! Please initiate the exchange process via your order email or by emailing info@jayebirdgolf.com with your order number and the item and size you would like to exchange for

You'll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we've received your package back in our warehouse. The sooner you return the original, the faster you'll receive the replacement.

Please note, this option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size - if stock is running low or it's already sold out, you will not be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you've sent the original back to us, you'll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our pieces sell out very quickly so the faster you get it back to us, the better your change of the alternative size being available and it reaching you!
