Free standard shipping inside the USA on all purchases made at jayebirdgolf.com. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Standard shipping 5-7 days, if you need expedited please email info@jayebirdgolf.com.

Flat fee of $15 USD for international shipping. International shipping may take 10-20 days.

RETURNS  

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags on. 

Customers within the USA are responsible for the shipping costs to return item to our USA warehouse, $8 will be deducted from your refund for shipping costs. Please contact us at info@jayebirdgolf.com with your order # for return label.

Customers outside of the USA are responsible for shipping costs to return unwanted items to our warehouse. Please return to us at below address via courier most convenient to you and send your tracking information to info@jayebirdgolf.com.

EXCHANGES

Please initiate the exchange process by emailing info@jayebirdgolf.com with your order number and the item and size you would like to exchange for. If we have the item in stock we will ship out at no cost to you as soon as we receive your returned item.  

On all exchanges, the return must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

DAMAGES

We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact info@jayebirdgolf.com with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
