SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on all purchases over $100 made at jayebirdgolf.com. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Standard shipping 5-10 days. 

EASY RETURNS

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a flat fee of $8 which will be deducted from your total refund amount. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 

Once your return has arrived, please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way. Please note that refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

HOW TO RETURN

Please email info@jayebirdgolf.com to notify us of your return. We will send you a return label. Securely attach the shipping label and remove all other labels before shipping.

Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible, and please include your original packing slip. Note: All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Promotional codes cannot be applied or used in conjunction with Final Sale purchases.

PREORDERS

Our preorder products are made in limited quantities and are made to order. To reserve the item for you, we charge your card upfront to avoid any future interruptions related to card expiration or replacement. Your item will ship within a few days of the date indicated on the individual product page.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer automatic exchanges, so instead, please initiate the returns process, and we will offer free shipping on the exchanged item(s) back to you and store credit to ensure you receive the correct item and size.

On all exchanges, the return must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

DAMAGES

We inspect each of our products to meet the highest quality standards before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a manufacturing fault, please contact info@jayebirdgolf.com with your order number and description and photos of the damaged item. We’ll be sure to look after you.
